These terms cover use of the viral.ae website and the Viral platform at app.viral.ae, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The service

Viral arranges recurring ambassador content for hospitality venues. Commercial terms for clients — scope, pricing, and duration — are set in a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

Platform accounts

Accounts are created by Viral for clients and ambassadors. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
Ambassadors must hold a valid UAE Advertiser Permit to accept paid assignments, and are paid per verified post as recorded in the platform.
We may suspend accounts used in a way that harms the service, other users, or a client's brand.

Content

Content created under a paid assignment is assigned to Viral once the post is verified and paid, as set out in the ambassador agreement. Ambassadors may keep their published posts live on their own profiles and in their portfolio; Viral and the featured venue may reuse campaign content in connection with the campaign and their marketing.

Numbers and reporting

Reach and booking figures in Studio are compiled from platform submissions and venue systems. They are reported honestly as recorded, but no specific commercial outcome is guaranteed.
